Management Trainee

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree from a reputable university
  
• Min GPA : 3,00 [PTN] & 3,25 [PTS]
• Maximum age: 27 y.o
• Preferably from Economic/ Sales/ Marketing/Engineering/Science Major
• Has campus organizational experiences, High integrity, positive
• Have a passion or dream job to be a sales planner, product marketing, or retail planner
• Fluent in English both Written and Verbal
• Being able to speak Mandarin will be advantage
• Attitude, open minded, strong personality & leadership quality, achievement orientation, excellent communication & analytical skill.
• Vaccinated COVID-19

Job Responsibilities :

• Management trainee participants will fully conduct on-the-job training at Haier Sales Indonesia
  
• Rotation to 3 departments at Haier Sales Indonesia (Product Planning, Sales, Retail)
• Study case
• Accomplished several projects in each department
• Analyze business goals, department flow, and strategy
• Analyze major or minor cases in each department
• Find the root cause and countermeasure of each case
• Analyze the action plan of each case to solve the problem
• Analyze the needs of each department to find new innovations
• Join the regular activities in each department
