Competencies Required

• Minimum Bachelor in Human Resource Management / Accounting / Law / Economic / Business Administration
• At least over 5 years experiences of HR Compensation & Benefits field
• Have enough & high level of labor law knowledge.
• Excellent Interpersonal skills (internal & external – manpower office etc.)
• Have a high level of management skill and know well operation.
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter with a hands-on approach.
• Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes.
• Be able to take critical decisions and handle stress.
• Team leader, persuasive and innovative.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent skill in microsoft excel
• Logically and analytically minded.
• Detailed oriented.
• Numbers friendly.

Job Description :

• Compensation & benefit management (incentive & awarding) Payroll management (salary, allowance, income tax and bonus/merit increase/salary range/indirect manpower)
• Insurance management (BPJS) Policy and SOP design and implementation Ensuring that all of payroll activity calculated accurately and in timely manner Process of salary calculation and payment based on company regulation
• Prepares the total rewards strategy, incerement, bonus, and new budget full company (HR Cost, Opex, Capex) HR Monthly report to local and overseas management
• Propose salary proposal to the new hire based on agreed rules by the company
• Design, implement and review the total reward strategy to ensure alignment with market practices while maintaining internal equity and competitiveness
• Conduct total reward survey and benchmark through regular market trends
