AR Management

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Management/Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required language(s): English and Mandarin will be advantage
• Required Skill(s): SAP, Oracle, ERP, WMS, Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent Inter-personal skills and analytical skill along with the ability to create and present detailed reports.
• Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word)
• Accounting software, ERP Accounting System
• Excellent finance knowledge and skill
• Team management and negotiation skill
• Able to work under pressure and overtime during monthly closing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintaining billing and sales system
• Performing Account Reconciliations
• Provide daily and monthly sales data to sales tea
• Maintaining account receivable files and records
• Assisting in general financial management & analysis
• Producing monthly AR report
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
• Involve in AR projects
