Transport Planner

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in management, or related
• Have Minimum 1 year experience in related field
• Able to operate Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
• Outgoing person, honest, hard worker, and fast learner
• Discipline, team player
• Good networking and negotiation skill
• Excellent Communication Skill
• Good leadership and responsive
• Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
• Fully vaccinated for Covid-19

Job Responsibilities

• Send actual delivery status reports and delivery plans to branch and store admin
• Receive orders from sales admin
• Compare sales order with production plan and FG stock
• Order a car to vendor
• Follow up the actual arrival of the fleet according to the distribution plan
• Receive direct sales orders and stock transfer orders from admin sales
• Make a FG picking list and share to admin
• Request a list of loaded SN FG and control (type of goods, qty, No.PO) with direct shipment
• Print Direct Shipment Delivery Letter
• Send stock items at HEI to the PSI team
• Arranging the order of the field loading process (by prioritizing the loading of branches and shops)
• Coordinate with HEI for double SN issues, more/less qty of goods
• Delegate settlement of shipping issues with HEI (adjust travel document)
• Inform the recipient of the issues that occur in the shipment
• Submit an Inbound plan to CWH
• Create No Inbound at HGWMS
