Admin Sparepart (Bali)

Core Responsibilities

  • Collect revenue from out of warranty claim and sales of sparepart
  • Make an application for the purchase of freon and refrigerant equipment
  • Check ASC warranty claim and verifying by system
  • Collect money to cashier
  • Ensure the availability of sparepart for DSC
  • Record the borrowing of sparepart by technician and ASC along with total price of sparepart
  • Assist technician in the process of allocating sparepart and closing the job in the system
  • Do sparepart stock counting activities monthly


Competencies Required

  • Bachelor Degree from Business Administration or related field
  • 1 year experience in handling administration but fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent Inter-personal skills
  • At least passive in English
  • Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
  • Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word)
  • Logically and analytically minded
  • Detailed oriented
  • Numbers friendly
  • Honest, well organized
  • Fully vaccinated for Covid-19

Personality
  • Professional and serious for the work at hand, but easy to work with and is able to have fun
  • Diligent in work; immediately responsive on all matters
  • Have initiative
  • Persistent, accurate
