Accounts Receivable Manager

Job Description :

• Conduct credit checks on all customer, establish and manage limits
• Interacting with customers in non-payment cases
• Ensuring the timely collection of payments
• Monitoring the invoicing and collection processes
• Forecasting monthly, quarterly and annual results and creating reports
• Remaining informed of any legislative procedural training regarding debt collection.
• Keeping records of invoices, deposits, and all correspondence regarding payment collection.
• Manage rebate management in commercial function
• Ensure all rebate calculation were accrued timely
• Set regular weekly and monthly deadlines to process the payment and accounts
• Maintaining the billing system
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
• Performing account reconciliations
• Assisting in general financial management and analysis
• Ensuring that all accounts receivable procedures are in compliance with legal regulations.
• Follow changes and trends in industry niche and related legal regulations.

Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor Degree in accounting or finance
• 3 years experience as AR Manager
• Fluent in english is a must and can spreak in Mandarin will be advantage
• Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports.
• Familiarity with advanced formulas in MS Excel
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (SAP)
• Team management and negotiation skills
• Able to work underpressure and overtime during monthly closing
• Prepare or upgrade division policy related with Finance department
• Ability to develop action plans and follow-up to completio
• Have a strategic thinking to impoved & support Company business.
