Branch Manager

Job Description:

Responsible for develop and maintain sales and marketing strategies in the area to meet organizational objectives. Maintain current account and Find the new account to meet the company budget and keep closed relationship to customer/Dealer, understand the area market conditions, understand and preparing competitor data and implements sales plan. Manage area sales staff and all relevant activities.


Core Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and facilitate annual sales plan and related activities for the company.

Support and facilitate development and implementation of company plans.

Plan and administer the company’s sales budget and keep cost in control.

Customize materials according to specific sales or customer requirements.

Train the sales team for prospective client meetings, presentations, etc.

Supervise all sales team and related.

Make staffing and hiring decisions within the company.

Build and develop a sales team and related which is competent, commercially astute, dedicated and efficient.

Monitoring finished goods stock , request to HQ for the required goods.

Monitoring Sales progress update according to sales forecast.

Maintaining all department performance and problems, inter department relation.


Requirements:

Willing to be placed at all of Branch Office all over Indonesia and to be rotated at any time.

Bachelor Degree from reputable university.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales (preferably from electronic industry).

Have a strong networking, good understanding in market and strong passion in Sales.

Fluent in communicate in English both spoken and written.

Have a strong leadership, confidence, good communication, negotiation, honest, target oriented and able to work under pressure.
