Assistant Retail Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Achieving Total & MH sell-out target in each region/city/branch.
2. Tracking Sell-out performance by store, investigate and solve problems by coordinating with related department to get maximize sell-out.
3. Manage field force in respective areas; Team leaders, MD and Promotors. Give direction and manage the performance KPI of each field force.
4. Support HO Store Management to track and manage branch's retail assets; Product Display, Booth, POSM distribution, signboard etc.
5. Craft ideas and suggestions for Sell-out activity programs in branch.
6. Operate, track and report dealer activity sponsorshop programs in branch.
7. Keep track of each competitor's sell-out activity in branch, create suggestions, key findings and countermeasures.
8. Daily coordination with Branch Manager/Area Manager, making sure the alignment between sell-in and sell-out.
9. Develop effective reporting system, based on period, channel/store, MD/TL, etc.
10. Do regular store visit and market survey.
11. Conduct training in their respective branch with the support of HO training team.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related area
2. 5+ years' as Retail Specialist
3. Excellent sales management & relationship building
4. Have good leadership and people management skills.
5. Have good Analytical thinking, market and competitor analysis.
6. Meticulous and attention to details.
7. Manager level of reporting ability
8. Skilled in MS Excell and other related apps.
9. Retail Management knowledge.
