Supervisor Teknisi (Pontianak)

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily briefings with technicians to ensure daily work planning, job pending, readiness of repair equipment, and refreshing daily work targets according to EMC that must be achieved
• Monitoring technicians in carrying out repair services to customers and support if there are problems during the process of repairing goods at the customer
• Periodically make visits to ASC to maintain good relations and share related obstacles faced
• Monitoring the availability of spare parts stock in both DSC and ASC to ensure readiness if there is a need at any time
• Analyzing spare parts needs for a period of one month
• Monitoring the progress of achieving daily targets according to EMC and ensuring that each technician can reach the target according to plan
• Conduct periodic visits to dealers to maintain good relations and customer/dealer satisfaction with products
• Conduct surveys regarding customer satisfaction at the dealer
• Make a daily report to the HO which includes: LTP, STAT, complete job, productivity, technician arrangements, spare parts control, 24 Hour MOT, etc.
• Submit a trade in proposal or spare part substitution to the HO if the appropriate spare part is no longer available

Competencies Required:

• 4 years of experience in the same position
• Diploma / Bachelor degree of electrical engineering
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good networking and Negotiation skill
• Good knowledge and understanding of technical issue
• Good leadership, Responsive, Persuasive and Innovative
• Excellent Inter-personal Skills, Fast Learner, Team Developer
• Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
• Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word)
• Willing to be placed all over Indonesia
• Fully vaccinated for Covid-19
