Marketing Operation (Mandarin Speaker)

Requirement

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Management or equivalent and or minimum same job related experience
• Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must
• Appropriate skills and experience in an organizational planning environment
• Communicative and coordinative (actively reporting and share information)
• Ability to assist mandarin reporting to C-level
• Friendly with number, analytical thinking and draw logical conclusions
• Excellent skill in Microsoft Office

Job Description:

• Facilitate marketing budgeting process by analyzing historical expenditures and consideration of strategy changes and cost adjustments by partnering with marketing leadership team.
• Work proactively with Marketing Line Manager, Accounting and Financial Planning, Product team & Sales teams during budget/forecast season and throughout the year to ensure that spending activities are aligned with company financial plan.
• Maintains all information relating to Purchase Orders and Invoices for the department. Processes all invoices for the Marketing department to ensure proper coding and authorization. Primary point of contact for theatrical marketing department and A/P in regard to invoice processing.
• Creates and distributes weekly reporting to internal teams and related department to help reconcile actual spending to budget and explain variances.
• Responsible for maintaining current forecast of monthly, quarterly and yearly Expense. Establishes standard P&L reporting and cadence to ensure Marketing team and Corporate executives are in-sync on impact of marketing calendar expenses.
• Reconciles and maintains all general ledger accounts pertaining to marketing. Compiles and analyzes financial information of marketing general ledger accounts. Completes special projects as assigned.
