Supervisor Warehouse Sparepart (Cikarang)

Job Descriptions:

Receiving & Inspection

• Receive incoming spare parts from suppliers or central warehouse.
• Check quantity, part number, and physical condition against delivery documents.

Storage & Inventory Management

• Organize spare parts according to type, code, and storage location.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counting and system updates (WMS/SAP).

Issuing & Dispatching

• Prepare and issue parts for service work orders or branch requests.
• Ensure timely and correct delivery according to SLA.

System & Reporting

• Record all transactions (inbound, outbound, adjustment) into WMS or SAP.
• Generate and submit daily/weekly/monthly inventory and movement reports.

Housekeeping & Safety

• Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety within the warehouse area.
• Follow 5S and safety standards during all warehouse activities.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or bachelor's degree in any major
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in warehouse management
• Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word), SAP, WMS and reporting
• Fluency in English, able to speak Mandarin will advantage
• Presentable, articulate, and excellent communication skill & teamwork
• Attention to detail, problem solver, discipline, and proactive
• Logically & analytically minded, team oriented, and fast learner
