Job Description
Responsible to support Branch Manager to expand and penetrate Sales AC with the expectation of meeting or exceeding branch and individual goals.
Core Responsibilities- Mapping AC Specialist distribution channel at their area
- Create and deal business with AC Specialist account
- Create and make deal AC business through B2B channel
- Manage AC Specialist (ACS)/ non regular accounts to achieve company target
- Visit ACS dealers to ensure monthly achievement, on time payment and maintain good relationship
- Monitoring market movement special for AC productsCompetencies Required
- Bachelor Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or related
- 3 years experiences as Salesman in AC Product or Home Appliances Electronics industry or related
- Excellent communication & Inter-personal skills
- Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach
- Familiar with Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word)
- Logically and analytically minded
- Detailed oriented
- Numbers friendly
- Fluency in English is advantage
- Vaccinated Covid-19
