Sales Semi Modern Channel (Bali)

Responsibilities:

  • Achieving Total sales & MH sell-out target in SM channel.
  • Tracking Sell-out performance by store, investigate and solve problems by coordinating with related department to get maximize sell-out.
  • Manage field force in respective areas; SM Salesman and Promotors. Give direction and manage the performance KPI of each field force.
  • Support HO Store Management to track and manage SM assets; Product Display, Booth, POSM distribution, signboard etc.
  • Craft ideas and suggestions for Sell-out activity programs in SM Channel.
  • Keep track of each competitor's sell-out activity in SM store, create suggestions, key findings and countermeasures.
  • Daily coordination with SM Head and SM Assistant Manager Sell in, making sure the alignment between sell-in and sell-out.
  • Develop effective reporting system, based on period, channel/store, promoter.
  • Do regular store visit and market survey.
  • Conduct training in their respective branch with the support of HO training team.
  • Take care approval for exhibition plan.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related area.
  • Min. 2 years experience in same position.
  • Excellent sales management & relationship building.
  • Have good leadership and people management skills.
  • Have good analytical thinking, market and competitor analysis.
  • Meticulous and attention to details.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and other related apps.
  • Retail Management knowledge.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Vaccinated Covid 19.
