Branch Manager
Job Description
Responsible for develop and maintain sales and marketing strategies in the area to meet organizational objectives. Maintain current account and Find the new account to meet the company budget and keep closed relationship to customer/Dealer, understand the area market conditions, understand and preparing competitor data and implements sales plan. Manage area sales staff and all relevant activities.
Core Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and facilitate annual sales plan and related activities for the company.
- Support and facilitate development and implementation of company plans.
- Plan and administer the company’s sales budget and keep cost in control.
- Customize materials according to specific sales or customer requirements.
- Develop sales material and distribution
- Train the sales team for prospective client meetings, presentations, etc.
- Supervise all sales team and related.
- Make staffing and hiring decisions within the company
- Build and develop a sales team and related which is competent, commercially astute, dedicated and efficient.
- Tracking and monitoring day to day sales activity and reporting to the head office.
- Monitoring finished goods stock , request to HQ for the required goods
- Monitoring Sales progress update according to sales forecast
- Maintaining all department performance and problems,inter department relation
- Visit dealers to ensure monthly contract, achievement, maintain good relationship
- Checking dealer PSI, make sure salesman follow up plan to ensure sell in target
- Ensuring achievement for contract, campaign and all targets for stores.
- Update branch monthly report (branch achievement and condition, dealer PSI, other brand activity)and salesman KPI to HQ
- Proposing purchase plan of the month for dealers to achieve their contract target
- Renewing agreement letter with dealers
Competencies Required
- Bachelor in Marketing/Management from top university or related
- 5 years experiences as branch manager in home appliances electronics industry or related
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent Inter-personal Skills
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach
- Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
- Be able to take critical decisions and handle stress
- eam leader, persuasive and innovative
- Fluency in at least English; preferably Chinese
- Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word)
- Logically and analytically minded
- Detailed oriented
- Numbers friendly
Personality
- Professional and serious for the work at hand, but easy to work with and is able to have fun
- Diligent in work; immediately responsive on all matter
- Love and enjoy all things about sales, marketing and operational management
