Head of B2B

Job Descriptions :

• Achieve sales target and projected profit
• Supervise all sales B2B team
• Monitoring Sales progress update according to sales forecast
• Visit dealers to ensure monthly contract, achievement, maintain good relationship
• Checking dealer PSI, make sure salesman follow up plan to ensure sell in target
• Ensuring achievement for contract, campaign and all targets for stores
• Update B2B monthly report (B2B project achievement and condition, dealer PSI, other brand activity)
• Tracking and monitoring day to day all sales activity and reporting to the Head of Sales
• Support sales promotion activities

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Management/ Economic/related
• Minimum 3 years of experience in same position
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent Inter-personal Skills
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach
• Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
• Team leader, persuasive and innovative
• Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word)
• Logically and analytically minded
• Have good product knowledge
