Field Force Manager

Responsibilities :

• Achieve and monitor the sell out all and mid-high of promoter stores by branch, by product category, and by channel
• Achieve and monitor the productivity per promoter by each store in every branch
• Monitor the progress and performance that will become team leaders and promoters KPI and its derivatives and provide signals in achievement
• Monitor and convert the achievement data into information and develop for findings and anaysis purposes
• Manage training activity tigether with National Trainer to improve and expand selling skills and product knowledge
• Manage store with non promotor with Merchandiser or Direct Sales/District Manager to expand and encourage achievement and productivity
• Support the store management guideline regarding the touch points handsome looks, in-store promotion activity, and stock avalilability
• Ensure promotion activity and co-marketing reach to promoter and consumer in every store
• Handle the agency vendor management related with manpower fulfillment and operation to control overall field force framework
• Handle overall field force operation such as database sell out, manpower, key task, incentive scheme, reporting timing, reward, punishment, and others
• Control Promodizer Budget related with agency vendor budget, salary, incentive, and other activity

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related area
• 5+ years' as Retail Specialist
• Excellent sales management & relationship building
• Have good leadership and people management skills.
• Have good Analytical thinking, market and competitor analysis.
• Meticulous and attention to details.
• Manager level of reporting ability
• Skilled in MS Excel and other related apps.
• Retail Management knowledge.
• Willing to travel frequently over branches
