Supervisor Sales Admin

Job Description

• Responsible to support sales administrative activity such as input sales order, sales invoice, collection, support program and sales entertainment.

Core Responsibilities

• Inputting sales order in sales system
• Inputting payment collection from dealer
• Recap all support program such as channel rebate, and product rebate for all dealer
• Monitor AR Overdue and reminding to salesman before overdue
• Making voucher rebate and monitoring up to dealer bill deduction is done
• Coordinating with SCM Department related to stock availability of national sales channel
• Check the price list that has been informed by the salesman in every transaction and cross check the price list every closing date
• Doing administrative in settlement sales entertainment
• Create a counter invoice bill to be billed to the dealer by the salesman
• Make confirmation AR at the beginning of each month per dealer

Competencies Required

• Bachelor Degree from Management, Economy, and related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in same position
• Have a passion an Sales Area
• Mature, hard worker, smart and fast learner
• Well organized, persistent and can work under tight deadline
• Thriving at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), System Database, Input Program
• Self-driven, well organized, persistent, can adapt to any requirement quickly, and can work under pressure
• Details oriented, numbers friendly
• Sociable, humble, and good interpersonal skill
• Good communication skill, interpersonal skill and can adapt to any requirements quickly
