Admin Sparepart (Medan)

Core Responsibilities

  • Prepare spare parts that will be brought by technicians when making service visits to customer homes
  • Update and input the use of spare parts that have been used in the GCC system
  • Organize stock spare parts and maintain the cleanliness of the storage area so that it's neat and clean
  • Carrying out stock taking of spare parts in the DSC Warehouse

Competencies Required

  • Bachelor Degree from Business Administration, Management or related field
  • 1 year experience in handling administration but fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word) and system databased
  • At least passive in English
  • Excellent Inter-personal skills and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
  • Logically and analytically minded, numbers friendly
  • Honest, well organized
  • Fully vaccinated for Covid-19
