Admin Service & Sparepart (Pontianak)

Core Responsibilities

  • Receive service report to technician
  • Input data from technician visit report
  • Organize parts, handling requested parts to technician
  • Create monthly report (cycle count, part report, expenses)
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service
  • Handle customer question, complaints, and requests
  • Provide solution to customer
  • Follow up customer complaints
  • Maintain good relationship with customer
  • Provide updates to system & superiors
  • Perform closing work orders in the system

Competencies Required

  • Diploma / Bachelor Degree from Business Administration, Management or related field
  • 1 years experienced in handling administration but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word) and ERP Internal
  • At least passive in English
  • Excellent communication skills and inter-personal Skills
  • Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
  • Logically and analytically minded
  • Detailed oriented, accurate and numbers friendly
  • Honest, well organized
