Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for HRGA policy, SOP design, and implementation.
  • Responsible for HRIS data maintenance and accuracy.
  • Assist Head of Department for manpower planning process.
  • Monitor manpower planning and update the organization chart accordingly.
  • Assist Head of Department in preparing business plan.
  • Assist Head of Department for employee contract evaluation.
  • Responsible to provide HR administrative (internal memo, employment contract, mutual agreement, mutation/demotion/promotion letter, etc.)
  • Assist Head of Department in preparation of expatriate document.
  • Employee relation management.
  • Provide HR report.
  • Assist in HRGA digitalization adoption.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding employee.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or related.
  • Minimum 3 years of experiences in same position.
  • Thriving at Microsoft Office (Power Point/Excel/Word) and ERP.
  • Able to speak English.
  • Strong logically and analytically minded.
  • Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes.
  • Reporting matters & detail oriented.
  • Strategic thinking oriented, have initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and Inter-personal Skills.
  • Good analytical thinking and curiously minded.
