Assistant Manager Sales

Job Descriptions:

• Assist Branch Manager to achieve sales target and projected profit.
• Supervise all sales team.
• Assist Branch Manager to operate the branch in line with company procedures and policies.
• Tracking and monitoring day to day all sales activity and reporting to Branch Manager.
• Tracking and analysis of sales data whose data is pulled from SAP.
• Create and monitor sales forecast.
• Competitor sales data analysis.
• Visit the dealer to randomly check the condition of each dealer.
• Checking and compile dealer PSI, make sure Sales team follow up plan to ensure sell in target.
• Coordinate and communicate across departments to follow up sales promotion activities at all dealers.
• Provide idea of sales improvement to Branch Manager based on sales data analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Management, or related
• 5 years experiences as assistant branch manager in home appliances electronics industry or related
• Excellent communication & Inter-personal skills
• Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach
• Familiar with Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word)
• Logically and analytically minded
• Detailed oriented and numbers friendly
• Fluency in English is advantage
• Team leader, persuasive and innovative
• Vaccinated Covid-19
