Business Development & Administration

Responsibilities:

• Visit dealers to ensure monthly contract, achievement, maintain good relationship
• Monitoring Sales progress update according to sales forecast
• Ensuring achievement for sales omset, campaign and all targets for stores
• Support sales promotion activities
• Ensuring dealers purchase products by issuing PO
• Monitor and verify product pricing lists
• Handle and manage product returns
• Administer processes related to the dealer support program
• Manage accounts receivable (AR) collections
• Submit product pricing information to the product and management departments
• Coordinate matters related to product pricing, invoices, detailed invoice listings, and tax invoices
• Support branch offices in resolving sales-related cases
• Provide training for newly hired sales administrators

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or related
• Minimum 3 years of experiences in home appliances electronics industry or related
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills & Communication Skills, both verbal and written
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach
• Flexible and open to changes, multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
• Be able to take critical decisions and handle stress
• Persuasive and innovative
• Target oriented & strong networking
• Logical and analytical minded
• Willing to travel, will be handle Lampung area
• Vaccinated Covid-19
