Chief Corporate Planning (Mandarin Speakers)

Job Descriptions:

• Coordinate and ensure the effective execution of weekly management meetings and monthly departmental meetings in line with the established schedule.
• Verify that EMC data submitted by each department complies with applicable SOPs, policies, and regulatory provisions.
• Perform SOP implementation inspections for selected departments using a sampling-based approach.
• Facilitate and conduct monthly departmental inspection meetings to review compliance and performance.
• Troubleshoot issues related to the EMC calculation system in collaboration with IT vendors.
• Prepare monthly evaluation reports assessing departmental performance and achievements against KPIs.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business/ management/ economic or minimum same job-related experience
• Able to speak Professionally Mandarin & English is a must
• Ability to assist mandarin reporting to C Level/ Top Management Level
• Appropriate skills and experience in an organizational planning environment
• Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word), ERP
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Friendly with number, analytical thinking and draw logical conclusions
