Responsibilities:
- Support the National Sales Head in achieving sales targets and projected profitability.
- Supervise and guide the sales team to ensure optimal performance and target attainment.
- Assist in managing channel development and expansion in assigned area.
- Monitor and track daily sales activities (both sell in and sell out), providing regular updates to the National Sales Head.
- Analyze sales data extracted from SAP to evaluate performance and trends.
- Develop, track, and maintain sales forecasts to support business planning.
- Conduct competitive sales analysis to assess market positioning and opportunities.
- Perform random dealer visits to assess dealer conditions and operational standards.
- Review and compile dealer PSI reports, ensuring the sales team follows up effectively to meet sell-in targets.
- Coordinate cross-departmental communication to support and follow up on sales promotion activities across dealers.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to the National Sales Head to improve sales performance.
- Focus to retail development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related area.
- 5 years experiences as Sales in home appliances industry or related.
- Excellent sales management & relationship building.
- Have good leadership and people management skills.
- Have good analytical thinking, market and competitor analysis.
- Meticulous and attention to details.
- Flexible and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong Ability to recognize the root of the problem & think creatively to find a solution (Kaizen, Six Sigma).
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and other related apps.
- Willing to travel.
- Vaccinated Covid 19.
