Supervisor Admin Sales Modern Market (Jakarta)

Core Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise the administration and sales activities of all Modern Market accounts.
• Input and process dealer sales orders into the system accurately and promptly.
• Monitor product deliveries from the warehouse to dealers and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Monitor stock levels and data in the SAP system and coordinate with the SCM team on stock allocation and distribution.
• Manage and ensure timely payment of dealer invoices in accordance with agreed payment terms.
• Manage and ensure the accurate processing of bill deductions, rebates, and support programs in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Coordinate and manage the return of goods from dealers to the SCM warehouse.
• Manage dealer payment billing through the vendor’s designated portal system.
• Prepare and submit tax reports in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Handle administrative activities related to the settlement of sales entertainment and business travel expenses.
• Maintain and reconcile Accounts Receivable balances for all Modern Market dealers.
• Prepare daily reports covering sales achievement (omzet) and product delivery tracking.
• Prepare monthly sales closing and omzet reports.
• Coordinate product delivery schedules with the SCM Department.
• Monitor invoice submissions to all Modern Market dealers to ensure timely payment.
• Create and input trading terms budgets into the e-procurement system.

Competencies Required

• Bachelor's degree from Management, Economy, Accounting and related field
• 3 years experiences in same position (experience in the same industry would be an advantage)
• Able to communicate effectively in English
• Thriving at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), System Database, Input Program
• Mature, hard worker, smart and fast learner
• Well organized, persistent and can work under tight deadline
• Details oriented, numbers friendly
• Good communication skill, interpersonal skill and can adapt to any requirements quickly
