Assistant Manager Warehouse Management

Job Descriptions :

• To ensure all tasks will prioritize for Sales target achievement and Logistics Cost hit rate
• Ensure all warehouse cost has been accrued as actual expense by monthly basis
• Supervisory logistic activities both administration and warehouse
• Motivate subordinates to work hard and develop their performance and work by team and harmoniously
• Planning for all warehouse operational process
• Create budget for warehouse operational expenses
• Create resource plan for warehouse operational requirement (space, manpower, equipment, HSE)
• Prepare all reporting to Management and Head quarter related to warehouse management
• Coordination with related department and head quarter related to warehouse management
• Take control for national warehouse operation that managing by in-house or through 3PL

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in related related
• Have minimum 5 years experience in related field
• Excellent skill in Microsoft, SAP and WMS.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent Inter-personal skills, attitude, work ethic
• Excellent decision making, conflict & time management
• Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
• Be able to take critical decisions and handle stress
• Have strong leadership skill & teamwork
• Fluency in English will be an advantage
• Logically and analytically minded
• Honest, accountable, diligent & organized, loyal
