Logistic Demand Planner

Core Responsibility

• Pulling data and analyzing data on sales, purchases and available stock
• Validate branch sales forecasts
• Analyze and prepare PO plan for the next two months
• Make a plan for the allocation of goods delivery to the branch on a weekly basis
• Facilitating meetings with the sales department and the PM Department to agree on quota allocations for goods shipments
• Facilitating meetings with factories to match the demand and supply of goods

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Transportation, SCM, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position especially logistic administration and SCM
• Able to speak English
• Required Skill(s): Warehouse operation, Transportation distribution, Vendor management, WMS, TMS, SAP, and Documentation filling
• Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word)
• Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
• Able to fast paced/take critical decisions and handle stress
• Good knowledge and understanding of technical issue
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent Inter-personal skills, well organized and team player
• Willing to travel
• Fully vaccinated for Covid-19
