Assistant Manager Product Trainer AC

Job Descriptions :

• Set-up effective training system and establish training program based on targeted / key product launches
• Prepare training materials for product features and technical knowledge, which attractive enough for training more effectively
• Prepare LCAC training materials after LCAC launched
• Dissamble competitor samples and make benchmark for features and techincal points
• Training for HSI sales man for product knowledge
• Training for Promoters for product features and selling points
• Orgainize installers and make product knowledge and technical training
• Organize sub-dealers and make product knowledge training

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in related field
• Have minimum 2 years experience in same position
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent Inter-personal Skills
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach
• Team leader, persuasive and innovative, Team work
• Experience in organizing, coordinating and handling large scale training and seminars
• Familiar with product appliances, highly knowledgeable with good presentation skills
• Able to work under pressure in fast-paced working environment
• Must be able to travel extensively (domestic and/or international) to perform job functions
