Product Quality TV

Core Responsibilities

• Receive incoming TV and Home Appliance products and verify quantity and condition according to delivery documents.
• Perform proper storage and arrangement of products in the warehouse according to product type, size, and storage standards.
• Handle picking, packing, and dispatch processes for TV and Home Appliance products based on delivery orders.
• Ensure products are handled carefully to avoid damage, especially for fragile and bulky items.
• Conduct regular stock checking and support inventory control activities to maintain stock accuracy.
• Operate barcode scanning and warehouse systems (WMS/SAP) for stock transactions and movement.
• Maintain proper labeling, documentation, and serial number records for all warehouse items.
• Follow warehouse SOP, safety procedures, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse area.
• Coordinate with warehouse team members and related departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Competencies Required

• Bachelor's degree from Management, Economy, and related field.
• 3 years of experiences as Product Quality or Technical Support.
• Strong knowledge of TV products, including panel types, technology (LED, OLED, QLED), and product specifications.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret quality data, identify trends, and determine root causes of issues.
• Ability to create clear, structured, and insightful quality reports
• Experience in handling quality issues, defect analysis, and implementing corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
• Ability to monitor product performance and provide data-driven recommendations
• Well organized, persistent and can work under tight deadline
• Proficient in data processing and analysis tools (Excel advanced, Google Sheets, Power BI, or similar)
• Good communication skill, interpersonal skill and can adapt to any requirements quickly
