Manager PSI Management

Job Descriptions:

• Update the weekly PSI (Purchase Order, Sales, and Inventory) report, including analysis of order quantities, product categories and specifications, projected sales targets, and safe stock levels.
• Monitor daily incoming goods—both local and imported—and ensure the process runs smoothly without issues.
• Hold weekly meetings with PM HQ, PM HO, and factories to align on PO plans for both imported and local products based on sales forecasts.
• Perform weekly monitoring to ensure product distribution to dealers aligns with the planned targets (planning vs. actual fulfillment).

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in Transportation, SCM, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related
• At least 5 years of working experience in the same position and the related field
• Able to speak English, mandarin will advantage
• Required Skill(s): Warehouse operation, PSI Management, SAP, and Documentation filling
• Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word) and Power BI
• Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
• Able to fast paced/take critical decisions and handle stress
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent Inter-personal skills, well organized and team player
• Fully vaccinated for Covid-19
