Manager Service & Sparepart
Core Responsibilities
-Make and implement strategic plan of effective service operation with wide service network
-Make and implement KPI target, for monthly, quarterly and annually period
-Train and coach Service & Spare Part staff to have upgrade soft skill and hard skill
-Supervise service team in each area
-Make staffing and hiring decisions within Service & Spare Part Dept.
-Build and develop a service and spare part team which is competent, dedicated and efficient.
-Monitoring and controlling day to day after sales service activity
Competencies Required
-MBA/Bachelor in Engineering/Management from top university or related
-5 years experiences as After Sales Service Manager in consumer goods companies.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Excellent Inter-personal Skills
-Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach
-Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
-Be able to take critical decisions and handle stress
-Team leader, persuasive and innovative
-Fluency in English
-Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word)
-Familiar with special service application or SAP/Oracle/etc.
-Logically and analytically minded
-Detailed oriented
-Numbers friendly

-Professional and serious for the work at hand, but easy to work with and is able to have fun
-Diligent in work; immediately responsive on all matters
-Have initiative
-Love and enjoy all things about after sales service operation
