Assistant Manager Field Force Trainer
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage Regional Trainer
- Prepare monthly training module & schedule (product & Selling skill materials and comparisons)
- Measure after in class training effectiveness (written & roleplay test)
- Tracking training hour of all promoter Instore, In class & Online
- Create training content based on coverage needs (PPT & Video)
- Evaluate & make summary including action plan of monthly training result
- Align with sell in team framework to encourage dealer performance, and store sell out, coordinate with Branch Manager or Channel Manager
- Sell Out achieve, Key Finding, maintain good performance store, & sensing and taking action for low performance store
- MH Sell Out achieve, Key Finding, implement retail transformation strategy for store in the branch
- Manage Team Leaders and Promoters, Recruitment, Termination, & KPI Management
- Store Management representative in the branch, new store expansion, booth, display, POP, POSM, Gift, signboard etc.
- Promotion representative in the branch, seasonal promotion, and instore promotion management, form approval, performance monitoring, etc.
- Align with sell in team framework to encourage dealer performance, and store sell out, coordinate with Branch Manager or Channel Manager
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related position.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft office
- Presentable and articulate
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and nonverbal).
- Self-motivated, innovative, focus on result and high self confidence.
- Ability to work under pressure, under dynamic situation with high adaptability.
- Attention to detail
- Good analytical thinking
- Vaccinated Covid-19
