Corporate Planning Specialist

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in any field.
• Fluent in english
• Able to speak mandarin will be advantage
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in strategy & operation
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent Inter-personal Skills
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach
• Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
• Be able to take critical decisions and handle stress
• Team leader, persuasive and innovative
• Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word) and Visio
• Logically and analytically minded
• Detailed oriented and Numbers friendly

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible to provide external and internal insights to Business Heads by actively engaging with various process & business owners.
• To develop an expert understanding of the assigned SBU in order to provide guidance to business managers/analysts on various high impact projects assigned by their business heads.
• Identify and assess business gaps and its impact to management.
• Identify processes or initiatives to improve business efficiency and form building blocks for the long term
• Responsible to drive execution of corporate level initiatives through business managers or directly through the help of data analytics, secondary research etc.
• Provide frameworks for execution Business Planning & Review
• Responsible to work closely with businesses to prepare business plans and to create a framework for periodic review.
• Provide feedback to business heads on the review process and areas that need focus.
