Background

Haier Sales Indonesia (HSI) responsible for market all over Indonesia. Due to the importance of company growth and the need for market expansion of market share, HSI need more help on them both strategically and tactically. Thus HSI is hiring an experienced Chief of Digital Marketing and PR to support Marketing Communication Department in accordance with enhancement in Brand Awareness.

Job Description

Responsible in setting up Digital Marketing Strategy and Coordinate PR Activities

Core Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing

• Develop digital content and strategy of the company website in key search engine and attract followers
• Digital Marketing channel planning (include KPI & Budget)
• Responsible for the day today running of all social media channels
• Develop ideas for marketing and promotional collaboration
• Manage online enquiries and feedback via website and social media platform
• Explore new digital marketing channel
• Handling of database management

2. PR Coordination

• Assisting with the planning associated social media, in particular corporate & products events
• Ensure press mailing lists are kept up to date and producing new lists where required
• Assist with event management for PR related events, from venue research to guest list management and general administrative support
• Assist in the measurement of the impact of PR activities and help monitor feedback and evaluate results to produce monthly reports
• Monitor all key publications and relevant press coverage, taking responsibility for formatting and documenting press cuttings
• Ensure intranet and website are updated with relevant releases and announcements

Competencies Required

• Bachelor Degree from Visual Communication Design (DKV)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in related field
• Experience in developing, implementing and measuring digital marketing initiatives, including search engine optimization (SEO), digital advertising (PPC), email marketing and marketing automation
• Good digital copywriting/copyediting skills and experience with digital content creation, optimization, and promotion
• Experience with Word press CMS and basic HTML
• Basic Photoshop knowledge and design skills
• Experience managing vendor/agency relationships and ensuring all outsourced work is consistent, high quality, cost-effective, and reflects branding specifications
• Able to operate windows OS
• Able to operate Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Able to communicate in English both spoken and written
