Product Marketing HVAC
Responsibilities :
- Responsible to create effective product policy, achieving sell-in & retail sales targets of assigned Semi Modern channel and stores
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences/ Build and maintain strong relationships with channel owner
- Create, promote and ensure the implementation of retail activities in assigned channel and stores
- Achieve the target of increasing brand share in assigned modern channel and stores to expand new potential stores within the channel
- Manage PSI, inventory, clear over aging and discontinued models and improve SKU efficiency
Manage dedicated promoters and increase productivity.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any major
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience preferably in marketing/product planning/related function(s)
- Have a good knowledge about HVAC / WS product
- Good knowledge stores management, retail, product policy, and PSI
- Knowing how and what factors can affect perception of products especially in consumer goods (market and competitor analysis)
- Fluency in English
- Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word)
- Presentable, articulate, and excellent communication skill
- Good negotiation, detailed oriented & numbers friendly
- Logically, analytically minded, and fast learner
- Must know how and what factors can affect perception product especially in home appliances electronics company.
