What Will You Do?

• Management trainee participants will fully conduct on-the-job training at Haier Sales Indonesia.
• Rotation to all department at Haier Sales Indonesia.
• Accomplished study case.
• Accomplished several projects in each department.
• Analyze business goals, department flow, and strategy.
• Analyze major or minor cases in each department.
• Find the root cause and countermeasure of each case.
• Analyze the action plan of each case to solve the problem.
• Analyze the needs of each department to find new innovations.
• Join the regular activities in each department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (International graduate from China/Taiwan are welcome).
• Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
• Has campus organizational experiences, high integrity, positive.
• Attitude, open minded, strong personality & leadership quality, achievement orientation, excellent communication & analytical skill.
• Fluent in Mandarin & English both written and verbal
